I was born on April 20th, 1950 from the strict character of my Mother and the leisure one of my Father with the spices of Love, Patience and Understanding. I am the grandson of &ldquo;Don Juan&rdquo;, the great &ldquo;Sculptor of Lions&rdquo;. I am the fifth of seven brothers, and at the age of seven I was enrolled in an Educational Institution where I learned to read and write&hellip;. More or less. Then, I entered the Mexican Institute of Fine Arts, as well as other schools. I studied Art, Theatre, Pantomime, and Ballet and was an actor for some years; but shadows and colors have always attracted me. With the spirit of a vagabond, I went through various schools thinking about Painting. Without stopping, I have worked at a little of everything from modeling clay to being a builder. I went through various bureaucratic and administrative positions; but in my pocket there was always a pencil, and I was never without a piece of paper. <br />Since I have had the use of reason, I have attempted to draw; and I will drawing even if I die in the attempt. <br /><br />
